Biography
Dr. Carla Emille Barbon was born in the Philippines. She finished a double-degree MD-MBA program from the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health in 2014. She then went into residency in Internal Medicine and subsequently completed a two-year fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine in the Philippine General Hospital. She was involved in training of medicine residents and pulmonary fellows, and active in her medical society of Pulmonologists in the Philippines before joining the University of Toronto.
