Biography
Barbara Allen is a Registered Nurse and a member of the Critical Care Team at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. She is the Nursing Unit Administrator for the Adult Intensive Care Unit and Nursing Lead for the Critical Care Response Team. Barbara completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at Ryerson University, and obtained her Masters of Nursing Degree in Nursing Administration at the University of Toronto. Barbara has a keen interest in the leadership development of frontline staff, and has been responsible for developing and delivering the Clinical Resource Nurse workshop for frontline nurse leaders at Mount Sinai Hospital for many years.
