Bio
Dr. Teijeiro Paradis obtained his Medical Degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Queretaro, Mexico. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Critical Care, and a fellowship in Cardiopulmonary Physiology before joining the Critical Care Medicine fellowship program at UHN-SHS in 2018. Dr. Teijeiro Paradis completed additional subspecialty training in extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and advanced critical care echocardiography (NBE), graduating from the Master Teacher Program from the Department of Medicine, and receiving his Master’s Degree in medical sciences from the Institute of Medical Science, University of Toronto. He is currently an assistant professor in Critical Care Medicine and attending intensivist at Toronto General Hospital Medical Surgical ICU.
