Bio
Dr. Jeffrey Mahan Singh completed training in Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Toronto. His core training was followed by research training in clinical epidemiology and US Neurocritical Care Certification. He is currently appointed as Full Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto. He served as the site director of the TWH MSNICU for over a decade and is currently a Regional Medical Lead for Donation for Ontario Health-TGLN.
His research interests involve the support of critically-ill patients with brain and spinal cord injuries, and the evolving field of organ donation science. He is currently conducting or collaborating on several studies to improve the approach, triage and support of potential organ donors.
Dr. Singh holds several leadership positions in the Neurocritical Care Society, is a member of the NCS Board of Directors, and has been designated a Fellow of Neurocritical Care.
