Bio

Dr. Andrew Steel completed his anesthesia and critical care training in London, United Kingdom. He enrolled in the critical care fellowship in Toronto in 2007 and subsequently completed a fellowship in liver and cardiac anesthesia at Toronto General Hospital. He was appointed as the Program Director of the International Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at University Health Network, Mount Sinai Hospital in 2009. He also endorsed the role of Program Director of the Adult Critical Care Medicine Residency and Clinical Fellowships of the University of Toronto between 2014 and 2016. He has been the Clinical Lead of the Critical Care Response Team since 2009.
