Biography
Dr. Lee completed her training in Respirology and Critical Care Medicine in 2011 at the University of Toronto and went on to complete the Education Scholars Program through the Center for Faculty Development. She has served as the Fellowship Director for the UHN/SHS Critical Care Medicine Program and the Education Site Director for the ICU at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Lee is appointed to the Adult Critical Care Board of Examiners for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Areas of scholarly interest include curriculum development and program evaluation – in particular, bringing competency by design to critical care, developing assessment and feedback tools for trainee evaluations, and utilizing novel technology like simulation for education research and clinical teaching.
