Biography
Dr. Bin Homaid was born in Dammam, on the eastern coast of Saudi Arabia. He obtained his MBBS degree from Umm Alqura University in the city of Makkah in 2016, then moved to Riyadh to join the Saudi Board of Emergency Medicine at King Abdulaziz Medical City (Oct. 2016 – Sept. 2020). There he worked in a 150+ bed, level 1 trauma center with complex tertiary care including cardiac, oncology, and transplant services. He completed a critical care fellowship in the same institution where he was elected as chief fellow before he joined the Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at the University of Toronto.
